Andrea Maria Jeremiah works as an Indian playback actress, singer and musician. Her work is primarily in Tamil or Malayalam-language movies. She first made an appearance as an actor in Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam as well as her Malayalam debut with Annayum raolum. Andrea Jeremiah was raised in an Anglo-Indian family at Arakkonam Tamil Nadu.Andrea's dad is an attorney at the Madras High Court. She is the younger cousin of an assistant researcher in Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah was born near Chennai and went to National Public School and graduated from Women's Christian College. Andrea was an eight-year-old classical pianist who was also a huge geek. Young Stars was the Jackson Five-style group that Andrea joined after turning 10-years-old. The band led her to her first professional singing experience as well as her first music composition. She was asked to have her play in the role of a female character in Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea performed the role of Kalyani who is a homewife whose husband has had an affair. The character was allegedly blackmailed. Andrea was picked for the part following Simran and Tabu both actresses were approached by producers. The film was released in early the year 2010. The film was released in August 2011. Venkat Prabhu made his debut with the multi-starrer Mankatha. She was asked to fill a smaller support role. Annayum Rasoolum by Rajeev Ravi, the romantic comedy she made her debut in Malayalam by releasing on August 11, 2013.
