Niykee is a songwriter who, despite her recent hectic career, has kept an ongoing routine. Personal highlights included her being picked by Snoop dogg to become his private assistant at the YouTube Brandcast event in May 2013. At present, she is a magnet to aspiring producers, she regularly combs through beats she receives and realizes that most result in sparking ideas for songs. In just five seconds, I'm able to tell what a song is or not. After that, I have an idea for a song and begin writing the lyrics immediately. When I am playing my guitar outside on my porch I begin writing, and words flow. Most times, it's done in about 30 minutes. Niykee keeps working on her talents as a writer and the lyricist. She says that her experiences of suffering through the years has served as an infinite source of unique motivation. Niykee says that, even when she's not writing about events that have actually happened every ache from childhood and loss of her sister finds it's way into her music. This influences my music and adds more profund significance. I believe this is the key to success.
