Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding on 30th December, 1986 in Hereford, England) is a English musician and singer. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top of her game with her electronic pop music after getting the attention of the world through her hit songs "Starry Eyed,"" and "Guns and Horses" in the year 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a standout contemporary musician with her distinctive singing voice that is soprano and the ability of writing songs that are both captivating and empathetic. She is similar in many ways to Kate Bush, Imogen Heap as well as other artists similar to her. She ultimately signed a major-label contract for her label Polydor Records and began making preparations for her debut album.
