She was a National Merit Scholar and attended the University of San Diego on an academic scholarship, where she graduated with distinction in 2003. 2 Watney has been a contestant in the Miss California USA pageant, where she was the very first winner in 2002. Beginning in September 2003, Watney worked for KMPH-TV (FOX 26) in Fresno. The reporter began her career as a morning traffic reporter before becoming a anchoring on weekends in 2005, and later becoming a sports reporter for weekdays. The reporter moved to Massachusetts in 2008 and started working for New England Sports Network (NESN). She served as an official reporter on gamedays for the Boston Red Sox. Watney was also host of the Ultimate Red Sox Show, Red Sox Report and Red Sox Report. In January 2012 Watney began her career at Time Warner Cable SportsNet in Los Angeles as a reporter for the LA Galaxy. In November 2012 Watney was employed by MLB Network. She worked there for nine years. [5] She was the host of Quick Pitch. In 2022, she joined Apple TV+. [6] Heidi Watney was a field reporter for MLB on TBS from 2022 to 2022.

Brisbane is where she was raised. Daughter of British parents. Clemens began working on Australian television when she was still in high school. In 2006, she starred in a role as Juliet in the episode Blue Water High and in 2007, as Alison as Alison in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji.
